Privacy
A simple site with simple data handling.
RV Dump Atlas has no account system or advertising scripts. Optional Google Analytics measures page visits only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Until then, the Google tag is not loaded and analytics cookies are not set. The station checklist stores saved stops, checked items and notes in your browser. These stay on your device and can be cleared using the tool’s reset controls or browser storage settings.
Search filters use URL parameters. Shared water budgets use the URL fragment. Avoid placing personal or sensitive information in a shared link. The hosting provider may process technical request logs needed to deliver the site.
Contact and correction reports
If you use the correction form, Netlify Forms processes the station reference, your message and any optional reply email. The report is stored in the site’s private Netlify account and an email notification is sent privately to the owner. We use this information to review corrections and respond, not for marketing. Do not send sensitive information. The owner should review retained reports regularly and remove information no longer needed.
Optional Google Analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics processes page-visit and device information using cookies. We send the page address without its query string or fragment and reduce referrers to their origin. Trip notes, calculator inputs, correction messages and reply email fields are not sent to Analytics. Automatic form, search, history, outbound-link and download measurement is disabled. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Choose “Privacy choices” in the footer to change it or turn Analytics off. Withdrawal stops future measurement and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. Declining Analytics does not affect the tools. Google processes data under its privacy policy.
